Little Singer Community School

Located in the Little Colorado River Basin in the southwestern region of the Navajo Reservation, Little Singer Community School was created as an alternative to boarding schools and is rooted in Diné values. The school provides youth with cultural teachings from community elders through language, music, dance, art, and storytelling—ensuring that living traditions and Diné ways of being are carried forward to future generations.

At this time, the school faces significant risk due to education budget cuts. Your contribution will support the school’s immediate needs and ongoing work, helping ensure Diné youth continue to receive an education grounded in their cultural values, language, and community.
